You can display the sun position to the exact hour. Since the environment comes from a 3D scan, the shadows of the surrounding buildings and trees are also included. This also works while you are viewing the apartment from the inside.

The future of real estate marketing will become more interactive and immersive. The future of real estate marketing will become more interactive and immersive However, with RealityStream, we offer you a revolutionary way to present your real estate projects.

RealityStream is an online app that allows you to show your entire project interactively on any device that can stream movies. You are not bound to fixed positions and everything can be freely walked through and individually configured. For example, customers can choose between different furniture styles or you can have the sun’s position accurately represented to the hour. By using 3D scans as the environment instead of view photos, shadows and views are also correctly represented.

What makes RealityStream so special? Visualizations, 360° tours, and animations require hours or even days of high-performance PCs to generate the images. For this reason, the images are “fixed” and can only be made interactive with “tricks”. This limits the possibilities very much. With RealityStream, everything is displayed online in real-time without the 3D needing to be rendered beforehand. With this approach, you can move freely and we can make almost everything configurable without using “tricks”.

However, RealityStream is not limited to online use, but also serves as a platform for other media. For example, customers can export visualizations directly from RealityStream and we can create animations and 360° tours from them. We can also make the online app available for download so that it can be used offline and with VR to give the customer the maximum sense of space.

RealityStream Light:
To avoid the relatively high server costs of the “Instant Start” option of RealityStream, “RealityStream Light” was developed. It is essentially a 360° tour of each apartment created from the 3D model of RealityStream. The tour loads without delays and can be used with the same HTML interface as RealityStream. RealityStream can then be loaded in the background with the press of a button (takes about a minute), allowing you to enjoy an extensive tour of the apartments in the foreground.

Beta-Version:
RealityStream is currently in beta version. This means that everything works in principle, but we have not yet carried out enough projects to guarantee a smooth process. Unexpected problems may therefore arise.

Future:
We see this app as the future of real estate marketing and will therefore continuously develop it. Without going into details, improvements and extended functionality can be expected in all areas.

Costs:
The costs can vary greatly depending on the requirements and project. It is therefore difficult to make a statement in this regard. During the beta phase, you can expect costs comparable to those of several visualizations and a good 360° tour.
